Show it to your clients: the public status page and the monthly report
Publish a status page on your own domain with your own branding (Agency), and get a monthly uptime report by e-mail on every paid plan — including how to preview it and turn it off.
Monitoring is worth more when the people who pay you can see it. WP Safer has two ways to show it: a public status page and a monthly report by e-mail.
The public status page (Agency)
On the Agency plan you can publish a status page from Monitoring → Status page. You choose which of your sites appear and what they are called on the page; it then shows their current state, a 90-day uptime strip, any open outage and the incidents of the last 90 days. Visitors do not log in, and the page is kept out of search engines unless you decide otherwise.
The page is built from the measurements you already have — publishing it does not add a single extra check.
Your own address
The page is always available at wpsafer.com/status/<your-slug>. To serve it from your own address, create a CNAME record for status.yourdomain.com pointing at status.wpsafer.com and verify it from the same screen. Once the domain is live, that hostname shows the status page and nothing else of WP Safer: the dashboard, the marketing site and the payment pages are not reachable there.
Your own branding
Upload a logo, set a brand colour, write the page title and intro, and remove the “powered by WP Safer” line. What visitors see is your page.
What the page will not say
Only measured facts are published. A site with no data yet says so, a paused site does not appear at all, and the footer states plainly that checks are made from a single location. That honesty is the point: a status page that overstates is worse than none.
The monthly report (paid plans)
At the start of each month WP Safer e-mails you a summary of the previous calendar month:
- uptime percentage per site and across the fleet;
- total downtime and how many incidents there were, with their causes;
- the average response time (time to first byte);
- certificates and domain names that expire soon.
A site with no measurements that month is listed as “not enough data yet” rather than being credited with 100%. If nothing at all was measured, no report is sent.
On Agency the report carries your branding — the name, logo and colour from your status page, without the WP Safer footer — so you can forward it to your client as it is. The sending address remains ours.
Turning it off, and seeing a sample
Open Monitoring → Alert channels. The monthly report card has an on/off switch and a “See a sample” button that renders the real e-mail from your own data for last month, exactly as it would be sent.
